Maple House is leading the charge of non residential training and conference venues by out performing residential competitors in Birmingham and getting ready to expand 18 months after opening by adding 40% more capacity in early 2010.
The expansion comes at an exciting time for Maple House having just had its service recognised as the best of any UK conference venue in the recent end of results of the BDRC's VenueVerdict survey.
General manager Guy Booth is pretty sure of the reasons his venue is working so well.
“Service is our big differentiator – where other venues and Hotels may be looking to cut costs we have made sure since the day we opened that staff levels (and skill levels) are of the highest order to make sure every minute of a delegate’s day is supported and attended to. Our coffee is served from the best fresh milk, bean to cup machines you will find anywhere and our food is created by our team of in-house chefs from high quality ingredients".
Maple House has seen a major investment in time and money – all of which has proved to be worth it as the venue is thriving as Birmingham’s freshest and most welcoming business venue".
March 2010 will see the space increased with 4 more main rooms plus a large coffee/breakout area that doubles as exhibition space adjacent to the largest of the new rooms.
