etc.venues has won the “mid sized” category in the No 1 UK Brand Awards run by BDRC Continental VenueVerdict. The awards, which are independently operated by the BDRC Continental are based on customer feedback of over 350 UK conference venues and hotels - with the No 1 Brand Awards recognise the best venue group that achieve the highest feedback for customer service.
And there’s more good news from BDRC Continental’s end of year results as 2 of our venues have also gone on to scoop the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation as well. This means that 120 Moorgate and Maple House have both achieved net promoter scores of +70 or more. The net promoter score is the BDRC's strict "scoring" process - it means that over a period of 12 months, both venues hit or scored higher than the +70 benchmark from a range of -100 to + 100.
Congratulations to both 120 Moorgate (our London City venue and first time winner) and Maple House (our Birmingham venue and second time winner) for this great achievement.
Alastair Stewart - etc.venues MD was delighted with the results and said:
“Great service from skilled staff is our core differentiator so I am very pleased to be recognised in this way. We invest a lot of time and effort in finding the right people and this is evidence that it is definitely paying off.”
