etc.venues are top of the service league
The service levels enjoyed by trainers, delegates and event organisers visiting etc.venues have been rated the best by The BDRC’s VenueVerdict survey for 5 of the last of the 6 months (only dropping to second place in the other month).
BDRC are an independent, specialist research agency and their VenueVerdict analysis is the most important measure of service in the events industry.
As a group the 7 venues in the etc.venues portfolio are ranked 1st for the key performance indicators of ‘Overall Satisfaction’ and ‘Opinion of Brand’ with an overall score of 84%. Maple House - our Birmingham venue is ranked first in the UK with an overall score of 96%.
Alastair Stewart – the MD of etc.venues is delighted with the company’s success in Venue Verdict and said:-
"Topping the league in VenueVerdict is proof that our expert and dedicated team really understand the needs of event bookers, trainers and delegates. I’m very proud of our staff and really do encourage all of them to find ways to make a difference to the experience of our visitors whether they are responsible for preparing the training room, serving food, setting up AV equipment or taking the enquiry in the first place.
The dedicated nature of our venues means our staff can focus on the needs of business event organisers without being distracted by other types of events found in hotels and I’m sure this specialism has helped us get to the top of the BDRC league table.
We have also just retained our Investor in People status – yet more evidence that our commitment to staff training and welfare is bearing fruit".
