You will need:
30g desicated coconut
1 ripe and mashed bananas
25g dried dates chopped
50g mixed seeds
Pre heat oven 160
Line tray with greaseproof
In a saucepan melt butter with honey, mashed banana, and chopped dried dates
Put rest of dry ingredients in a bowl
Add the melted butter and honey mixture to dry mixture stirring till all mixed
Empty into a tray level out over tray and bake in oven for about 20 minutes, flapjack will be set and golden brown
Cool over night and serve
These can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
