I’ve wanted to try this for ages but I didn’t want to buy a spiraliser which lets face it the novelty would have soon worn off and then it’s another piece of kitchen equipment to find a home for. Then I discovered one of these.
It’s a julienne peeler and will do the same as a spiraliser but costs much less and can be kept in the drawer.
Chili Crab with Courgette Spaghetti
2 Tins of crab meat
1 Red chili
2 Garlic cloves
Flat leaf parsley
Using the julienne peeler scrape the courgette to create the spaghetti, put to one side as to fry this only takes around 4 minutes.
