Place 500ml pressed apple juice, 440ml can stout, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 star anise into a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer then add 1 tbsp honey, stir, take the pan off the heat and remove the whole spices. Divide the mixture between 4 heat proof glasses and serve. (Serves 4)
