Beef Panang

Recipe 

 

1lb beef 

 

1tbsp brown sugar 

 

1tbsp fish sauce 

 

2tbsp red curry paste

 

1/2 to 3/4 can coconut milk 

 

Kaffir lime leaves

 

Method

 

 

Add 1/2 of coconut milk to deep pan or wok and add Red curry paste ,

Wait till red oil dissapears and coat Beef  with milk and paste cook for 5 mins and add sugar ,fish sauce and rest of coconut milk cook until sauce is thick consistency 

 

Serve with Basmati or Jasmine rice

 

And sprinkle with chopped Kaffir lime leaves
