Pan-fryed Sea Bass with Feta cheese & Olives salad served with Turmeric rice






Hello Guys TopchefMarek I want  to offer a quick recipes  for dinner :



1 sea bass fillets, about 140g each

6 tbsp vegetables oil

salt, black peppers

half lemon

good quality feta cheese  50g

black olives 20g

tri color  peppers 50g

cucumber 30g

red onions 10 g

1 gloves garlic

fresh parsley and oregano

2 tsp vinegar

rice  100g (could be Basmati rice)

turmeric and cinnamon for rice



  1. Place oil  into saucepan. add  turmeric and ground cinnamon & rice
    Cover  hot water for and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes , Let rice stand 5 more minutes in the pan before serving.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season the fish fillets, then put in the pan, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 mins until the skin is golden and the fish is almost cooked through. Turn and cook for 1-2 mins more, depending on the thickness of the filet
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic ,salt and pepper to make a dressing. Add cucumbers, peppers,red  onions, feta cheese and olives and   gently mix. Serve immediately.


    To serve  Fold the coriander through the rice add  Sea Bass and Feta cheese ,olives salad, in the last add lemon on the plates
