With having family located all around the world, my family couldn’t get together until the 10th January to celebrate Christmas. So this year it was decided we would do it in style and head into the Cotswolds. It was decided that we would stay in the Lygon Arms Hotel which is in the heart of a quintessentially English village, Broadway. This Tudor style hotel with sofa’s and sitting areas in each individual sitting room, all with open fires is perfect for a romantic weekend away as well as for some quality family time. After opening our Christmas presents around an open fire with plenty of vino flowing we headed for a stroll along the beautiful village. This first thing that caught my eye was this beautiful food stool at the local grocers, with a vast array of colours and unique and traditional presentation it was something I knew my chef would love and I had to share.
Here are some of the pictures of the food that was offered at the hotel
