Chickpea croquettes

Ingredients: 1 can of chickpea’s 1 clove of garlic Lemon juice Pine nuts Salt & pepper Flour 1 egg whisked Breadcrumbs Method: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Form the mixture into sausage like shapes. Dip in flour then egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry or grill until golden.
