Moroccan street food part 2

Upon sitting down a piece of paper (place mat) and a bread roll are placed in front of you. We were offered olives in harrisa, spinach salad and mini merguez sausages. We also ordered a couple of meat skewers and some seafood all cooked from fresh on BBQ and eaten with fingers.

The market was predomently meat and lamb being a favourite choice. I wasn’t so keen on the sheeps head.

Anyone for sheeps head?

To finish the meal we were given what is called Moroccan Whiskey. This is fresh mint sweetened tea which is a staple of any Moroccan.
