Sales Coordinators

Supporting the rest of the Sales team with administrative tasks, enquiry handling and show rounds of the venues

Sales Executives

A mixed role involving both reactive and proactive sales. Sales Executives also work towards developing existing accounts

Sales Managers

Coach and guide the Sales teams to achieve great things! Account managing some of the biggest and most complex accounts whilst also keeping pushing to develop new relationships to bring in brand new business

Diary Managers

Responsible for room allocation to ensure that clients are in the most suitable space for their needs

Operations and Venue Managers

Lead and develop the front of house teams to deliver great customer service, whilst keeping a focus on running the venue as if it was their own business.

Conference Service Managers

More than just setting up the rooms our Conference Service Managers are on hand to help clients with their AV and IT requirements

Event Coordinators

As far as our clients are concerned our Event Coordinators are the faces of etc. venues. Always on hand to help with final details for events and to help clients to have a successful event these roles are great stepping stone into a career in events and venue management

Head Chefs

Run the kitchen as if it were your own. Our chefs are responsible for creating a new menu every day, and making sure we maintain the highest of quality standards

Sous Chefs and CDP’s

Supporting the Head Chef in producing fantastic healthy brain food, maintaining the highest of hygiene standards

Kitchen Porters

a vital part of the team, making sure everything is spick and span within the kitchen, we wouldn’t get much done without them!
