Our first extension of the etc.venues portfolio beyond the capital

Maple House in Birmingham was chosen as the first extension of the etc.venues portfolio outside London and sits proudly above Birmingham's Corporation Street overlooking Old Square.

Maple House features 17 training, conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 160 delegates in the largest room. Rooms are equipped with the latest technology including AV facilities, plasma screens and high speed wireless internet access. All rooms have air-conditioning and natural daylight that flood in through the large windows that extend across the building.

The beautiful restaurant is filled with superb design, stylish furnishings and contemporary art and can seat up to 200 delegates. Its contemporary look makes it ideal for cocktail receptions, dinners, lunches or buffets and all our food is freshly prepared by our own chefs keeping it seasonal and modern, with an ever changing menu.  In additon to the main restaurant, the 'Proceed suite' is also available for exclusive hire and is perfect for drinks receptions or evening functions for up to 120 delegates.
