That's where VenueVerdict comes in. This specialist feedback tool is run by BDRC to get full, frank, accurate and candid feedback from event organisers straight after the event. This feedback is then assesed and published as a monthly service league table showing the best performing venues across the UK.
It's totally independent and based of e-mail surveys from customers chosen at random by BDRC (rather than favourite customers chosen by the venue team) making this the most important measure of service in the events industry.
Cut to the chase - how are we doing?
We are delighted to say that we have been awarded the BDRC Gold Standard Brand Award with more venues reaching BDRC's Gold Standard than any other group. Our Birmingham venue, Maple House has also been recognised as the UK's best conference venue from a service point of view. There are lots of measures in VenueVerdict but the one that makes us most excited is that 99% of customers would recommend us.
