At etc.venues we have more than 17 years' experience of tailoring our venues to make your event a success. We take pride in meeting our clients' needs, and are always keen to hear your thoughts on how we could improve our service. Avonmouth House were faultless. It looks cheerfully smart and everything is in immaculate condition. They were unfailingly helpful and very courteous. A nice man made sure I was properly plugged in and working. The food was excellent. I had bream for lunch, which was delicious. All in all, it is really an excellent venue

Bonhill House is a fantastic venue. Not only are the facilities excellent but the style and layout combine perfectly to create a dedicated training space and event environment. I have visited Maple House three times with the NHS Graduate Scheme and wanted to express my thanks to all the staff who made our visits so pleasurable.

The location of the venue is excellent (close to the train station) and the venue itself is well designed and a comfortable place to spend time. We particularly appreciated the free coffees, internet access, mobile phone charging and the news channel on the TV and the food was excellent (far better than the food served at our hotel in the evening). But more importantly the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always helpful, well presented and seemed very motivated to ensure the venue was clean and tidy, despite us leaving coffee cups and bits of paper everywhere.

My colleagues were equally impressed with the staff and the service at Maple House and I do hope you all receive the recognition you deserve.

Bonhill House provides a great training venue – good facilities and lovely food. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in making sure you have all you need when you are setting up.

As a wheelchair user the service that I received at your centre was exceptional. I was assisted in getting lunch (without having to ask) to avoid any embarrassment on my part. I was given excellent directions to all relevant facilities and regularly asked if there was anything else I needed - not in a patronising way.

I have been attending training courses all over the country in the previous five years and I have to say that the service I received today was far and above over anything I have ever had before.

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to you, Mo, Michael, Chef, and everyone else at Maple House.

This was our first ever course and we were very nervous, but the support offered by the Maple House team both before and during the event was excellent. We felt very supported on the day and this really did add to our confidence and the success of our course.
The day ran really well, the events manager was on hand to help us set up, and the other staff including the chef were very polite and helpful. I hope that this email conveys our huge thanks and the gratitude that we feel.

Just a note to say thank you for your help at the event at Dexter House. Your advice and assistance was invaluable. The National TDA/Ofsted Inspection Conference is a very high profile event in the TDA calendar and the assistance provided by the Dexter House team ensured the day flowed smoothly and contributed to its success.

The extra touches such as Breakfast smoothies went down really well and I was also very happy with the way our special needs requests were handled. Also, having access to the internet was handy - ensuring I could keep an eye on things back at the office.

All staff we engaged with were friendly, helpful and focused on our requirements. It was a joy to go to a place where people actually cared. Nothing was too much trouble. Our pre-arrival requests were always met and on the odd occasion we had a problem it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
