How to book and before the event…
There’s a few ways you can contact us – call the team on 020 7105 6090, click on the contact section, call your chosen venue directly or book online.

Book online
If you know what you need or would like to book direct then simply click on the book online button. Our online system is very easy to use – you can see availability on specific dates, hold the rate for 48 hours, or even confirm a booking either with a credit card or sign up for an account. Simply click on the blue button on the left to get started.

However you make the first step, it will be followed up by our team. They’ll ask you a few questions to establish what your event objectives are, what’s important to you, and what we can offer.

The proposal and holding provisionally.
We will then email you a proposal which will outline all the things we’ve talked about – including the cost, any additional equipment or special requests. We typcially quote on a day delegate rate ("DDR") basis - an inclusive rate that is worked out per person – as this usually works out better value for you.

The team may ask if you’d like to come and have lunch or a showround at one of our venues. This is a great way to really understand how much we can do for you, from tasting our fantastic food, to seeing the space in use. It’s also a great way to put faces to names and finalise any details of your event.

Going to contract – making your booking real.
We then send you a contract – you will need to sign this and return it to us to ensure your event is confirmed and in our diary. This will mean that no one else can book that room for the date you need it for. Terms and conditions will apply to the contract, an overview can be found here. If your company is new to us, we will run a credit check and set up an account with us so we can invoice you after the event.

The final 2 weeks before your event, the team will call you to go through the final details. This is when you can confirm your final numbers or mention any special dietary requirements. You can even arrange to deliver course materials to us for safe keeping so you don’t have to worry about that on the day.

On the day

After the event
An invoice will be sent to you within 3 working days of the end of the event. If you have any queries or questions then you can either call the team or our accounts department.
