Award winning London-based provider of training, meeting, conference and event space, etc.venues, today signs the lease for a seventh superbly located venue to add to the existing six-strong portfolio: Dexter House, situated at Royal Mint Court, Tower Hill, London, will open its doors to clients in early September 2007, after a substantial £2 million refurbishment.

This launch, eagerly anticipated by both the 2006-appointed management team and clients alike, is pivotal to the 2006 BI-MBO promise of delivering a significant national expansion plan over the next five years.  Dexter House will be the 2007 focal point of this programme, not only responding to demand for a City location but also, once opened, as a benchmark for the national roll-out, further demonstrating etc.venues' commitment to excellence.

According to the Managing Director of etc.venues, Alastair Stewart:

“We are delighted to announce our plans for Dexter House. This superb new City venue is based next to Tower Bridge on the edge of the Square Mile, a short DLR ride from Canary Wharf.  The quality and location of this venue, coupled with a high refit specification and cutting edge range of facilities, provide the perfect platform to take the etc.venues brand to the next level in terms of delivery. It will also allow us to widen our client base as Dexter House is ideally set up to service the City’s insurance and banking communities.

“etc.venues has built its reputation on its ability to adapt and respond to clients’ requirements.  Dexter House is the result of feedback from our clients looking for flexible space in London.  We have taken this request so seriously that I guarantee there is no other venue with such an abundance of versatile and effective space on one floor anywhere in London.

“The venue has a unique atmosphere from the outside in – starting with the views of the Tower of London as you approach it and extending into the beautiful, peaceful, grass courtyard that it sits beside. Once inside visitors will experience the vibrant decor and fresh design, layout and finish that have become the trademark of etc.venues. Combining functionality, adaptability and efficiency, this new venue truly reflects today’s increasingly discerning client needs and is the perfect platform for the new, hand picked specialist team to deliver the high service levels for which we have become known”, he added.
