etc.venues scoops leading customer service award - 22/02/2010

Head of Marketing David Owen picked up our BDRC’s Gold Standard Brand Award at the M&IT Dinner on Monday 22nd February.

 

Held at the Novotel Hammersmith and attended by over 700 industry leaders - the M&IT dinner provided the perfect backdrop to receive this fantastic award.

David Owen commented:

"It's great that the hard work of our client service and operations teams has been recognised by VenueVerdict over the last year. Providing great event space is the relatively easy bit - it's finding and training the staff to provide great service that is more of a challenge and this award shows that we are doing that pretty well. It's great to have the Gold Standard accolade - now the hard works starts again to maintain it for another 12 months."

Its been a great start to 2010 awards wise - with 3 awards under our belt in as many months.
