We've always made booking our venues as simple as possible through transparent pricing and all inclusive packages and our new online 'booking' facility makes the whole process even easier.
Users of the new system can ‘pencil’ a booking straight into the electronic diary of one of the seven venues in the etc.venues portfolio which effectively reserves the space and alerts the venue team to call and discuss the booking.
Your pencilled in event will immediately enter our diary as a provisional booking but there is no obligation until the event is discussed, confirmed and a contract sent. We will contact you to go through things in more detail – so you get the best of both worlds – the ability to reserve space online and contact with someone who can really make your event a success.
The vibrant new website also contains new video footage of each venue, excellent Google map facilities and a user friendly guide to the facilities available.
