Booking reward is for events that take place between April 1st, 2010 and June 30th, 2010 to qualify for this promotion. Bookings made for the qualifying period that were made before this promotion was launched (February 25th, 2010) will not qualify for the reward. Booking reward 1 (Gift set containing Love ETC Eau de Parfum and Body Wash) is for bookings where the value is less than £1,000 (excluding VAT). Booking reward 2 (Gift set containing Love ETC Eau de Parfum, Body Wash and Body Lotion) is for bookings where the value exceeds £1,000 (excluding VAT). There is no cash alternative to this prize but there is an option to make a donation to charity to a similar value to the Body Shop gift sets. Reward will only be sent out once the event invoice has been paid in full.
