With a fresh and innovative approach to food, designed with your taste buds and brain in mind, we have created a range of varied dishes for delegates to make their choice about what they eat. Afterall, we've put a lot of effort into creating perfect learning environments so it makes sense that the food we offer helps beat that 'post lunch slump'.

Healthy food can still taste great - and our chefs are experts in combining ingredients that are low in fat, high in protein, packed with vitamins, full of Omega 3 and containing natural anti-oxidants. We have a wonderful array of salad bar options and always have fruit salad on the dessert menu. But don't worry the choice is yours and there are still some naughty treats available from morning pastries to home made cakes to go with your afternoon tea as well as brain fuel treats like fresh fruit and nuts.

Having chosen from our varied menus which change daily (great if you’re here for several days in a row), you can enjoy the food in one of our cleverly designed restaurants. Here you will find a range of set-ups from bistro style to private dining room and a mix of great views, vibrant atmospheres and welcoming staff.  You don't have to make up your mind before you visit us either, we always have a meat, fish and vegetarian option available every day and are happy to accommodate any other special dietary requirements.
