Bookings must be for events that take place from 16th September to 31 December 2008 to qualify for this promotion.

Every 8 places booked will qualify for 2 free places (i.e. only 6 will be charged for). Cancellations that have an impact on the multiples of 8 will result in additional charges as appropriate (i.e. a booking for 20 that changes to a booking for 15 would qualify for 2 free places only and not 4 as per the original booking).

Any bookings for events that take place during the qualifying period but were made before this promotion was launched (16th September 2008) will not qualify for this offer.

This “free delegate” promotion does not apply to discounted rates, or in conjunction with any other special offer or via a third party.

Applies to a minimum day delegate rate that includes tea, coffee and lunch.
