2 for 9 offer - Terms and Conditions

Bookings must be for events that take place between January 1^st, 2009 and March 31st, 2009 to qualify for this promotion.

Any bookings made for the qualifying period that were made before this promotion was launched (October 30th, 2008) will not qualify for the promotion but will be included in the prize draw if the events take place in the qualifying period.

Free places will be awarded in the ratio of 2 for every 9 that are booked (i.e. only 7 places will be charged when 9 people attend a training course, meeting or conference).

Promotion is based on rack rates (i.e. 2 free places will be added to 7 paying places where the rack rate is paid – or the rate agreed with the venue Sales Team).

Bookings of over 20 places may qualify for even more free places depending on availability and the time of week/month – to be decided by the venue Sales Manager.

All bookings in the qualifying period will be entered into our 'piggy prize draw' if only you quote '2 for 9' at the time of booking.

Offer is valid at all venues in the etc.venues portfolio but is subject to availability.
