As a dedicated venue provider we understand the important role that specialist agents play in the booking process. We are very aware of the issues and challenges faced by booking agents and are very keen to ensure we develop our products, processes and communication methods to ensure that agents have a great experience when recommending our venues to their clients.

We enjoy a great working relationship with agents large and small and are always keen to engage with new agents and to keep in touch with the ones who know us well already.etcvenues - proud to be a member of Hotel Bookings Agents Association

We are proud and active members of the Hotel Bookings Agents Association HBAA and we adhere to the industry wide HBAA code of conduct.
